The unexpected happens! Even when we are careful, sometimes we slip or trip, and we can fall. This can be devastating as we get older, but there are exercises we can do to help minimize our risk for falls and the potential for injury if we do fall, as well as make it easier to get up safely. Learn and practice some of these skills in a four part series based on accessible yoga poses and breathing exercises.
